Sales Representative

Auropan is a growing manufacturer and distributor of decorative wall panels, acoustic panels, MDF products, and interior finishing materials serving customers across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the East Coast. We work with interior designers, contractors, builders, showrooms, and commercial clients looking for modern, high-quality wall solutions. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who is confident communicating with customers, generating leads, building relationships, and helping grow our presence in the interior design and construction industries. Responsibilities Reach out to contractors, interior designers, builders, showrooms, and commercial clients Generate new leads through phone calls, email outreach, walk-ins, and networking Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers Present and explain decorative wall panel products to clients Help customers choose products based on their project needs Follow up on quotes, samples, and potential orders Coordinate with the office and warehouse team regarding orders and deliveries Visit local clients and showrooms when needed Assist with maintaining customer records and sales activity Qualifications Sales experience preferred (construction materials, flooring, cabinetry, interiors, or related industries is a plus) Strong communication and people skills Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone Motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Basic computer skills and ability to use email and CRM systems Valid driver's license preferred Bilingual is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay + commission opportunities Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company Friendly and professional work environment Opportunity to work in the interior design and construction industry Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Bonus opportunities
