Full-Time, Commission-Based Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Used Car Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a commission-based, full-time position offering significant earning potential for individuals dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and driving sales volume. The ideal candidate must be energetic, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about helping customers find the perfect vehicle. Key Duties & Responsibilities The Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial customer interaction to vehicle delivery and follow-up. This includes, but is not limited to:

Customer Engagement:

Warmly greeting and assisting customers who visit the dealership lot. Actively listening to customer needs and preferences to match them with suitable vehicle options from inventory.

Sales Process:

Conducting thorough vehicle demonstrations, explaining features, and answering all customer questions knowledgeably. Safely accompanying customers on test drives , adhering to all dealership policies and traffic laws. Facilitating the negotiation process and completing necessary sales paperwork accurately.

Lead Management & Follow-Up:

Proactively managing the dealership's sales pipeline by answering calls and responding to online/digital leads promptly. Following up with potential and past customers via phone, text, and email to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat/referral business. Maintaining an organized customer database (CRM) with up-to-date notes and contact history.

Marketing & Inventory:

Creating and posting engaging online advertisements for vehicles on various platforms (e.g., dealer website, social media, classified sites). Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the dealership lot and vehicle inventory.

Training & Compliance:

Staying current on product knowledge, dealership inventory, and market trends. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws/regulations regarding vehicle sales. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred (car sales experience is a plus, but not required). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills . Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive, commission-driven environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to work a full-time schedule, which may include evenings and weekends. Compensation This is a 100% Commission-Based position with high earning potential based on performance.
