Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

• Greet customers and help them select sunglasses and accessories
• Learn products to explain features, answer questions and recommend the best options
• Process sales quickly and accurately
• Represent Pure Rush with a positive, professional attitude

Store Operations:

• Opening routine: including unlocking store, setting up displays, and getting the day started smoothly

Inventory Management:

Handle basic inventory tasks, including restocking, organizing product storage, and monitoring low‑stock items.

• Closing procedures: including locking up the store and securing all products

Store Cleanliness & Presentation:

• Ensure products are well displayed, shelves and displays are organized, stocked, and look inviting
• Clean and sanitize sunglasses throughout the day
• Wipe down counters, mirrors, and display trays
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment

Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, comfortable talking to people and has a genuine interest in helping customers find products they'll love Enjoys working independently and takes initiative Interested in learning how to sell and explain products Detail‑oriented and good at keeping things clean and organized Reliable and punctual, with weekend availability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Has experience in retail (preferred, not required)

Season Dates & Schedule:

The hiring process starts with a brief phone screen to confirm basic fit and availability. From there, you may be invited to an in‑person interview with a short customer‑interaction exercise. Candidates who advance will complete two paid trial shifts before final hiring decisions are made. Pay Starts at $16/hour plus commission based on sales targets.
