Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Respiratory Therapist license Prior hospital experience preferred Proficiency in intubation assistance and ventilator setup/management Strong assessment, documentation, and educational skills Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy under medical supervision, encompassing patient education, treatment, diagnostic evaluation, and care for cardiopulmonary deficiencies Assist with intubation and expertly manage ventilator settings Accurately evaluate patient needs with input from multidisciplinary healthcare teams Cultivate positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and staff to optimize care outcomes Provide and document targeted education for patients and caregivers Participate in departmental initiatives, projects, and adhere to professional standards and protocols Handle moderate lifting and periods of standing, with regular interaction with medical staff and visitors
