Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in outside sales, management, and business development, with a focus on B2B sales and territory management. You will be responsible for building relationships, conducting product demos, and leveraging CRM software to optimize sales processes. Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and retention Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs Develop and execute territory management strategies to expand market reach Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong management skills with experience in account management and territory management Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to conduct product demos effectively and handle technical sales scenarios Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies Analytical skills for market analysis and developing strategic sales plans Background in marketing or business development is advantageous This role provides an excellent platform for motivated sales professionals eager to grow their careers within a supportive environment that values innovation and customer success.
