We offer window tint, clear bra, vinyl wraps, paint correction, ceramic coating, wheels, tires, and more. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Associate. If you have a strong interest in automobiles, a keen eye for customization, and excellent sales skills, we want you to join our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive customization needs and preferences.
  • Answer all inbound sales calls and emails.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on available customization options, including window tint, paint protection film (Clear Bra), vinyl wraps, paint correction, ceramic coating, wheels, tires, and more.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of aftermarket automotive products, their features, benefits, and compatibility with different vehicle models.
  • Actively promote and sell aftermarket customization services and products to customers, utilizing persuasive sales techniques and upselling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and technological advancements in the automotive customization field.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a seamless customer experience, including coordinating appointments and managing customer expectations.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts to expand the customer base.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the aftermarket automotive customization division.
  • Maintain the work environment such as the lobby, the work space, and back end space.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or aftermarket customization sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of aftermarket automotive products and customization trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships.
  • Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Enthusiasm for automobiles and a passion for aftermarket customization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management tools.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
