- Identify and engage potential customers through door-to-door outreach, inbound inquiries, referrals, community events, and digital tools. Consultative Sales
- Conduct needs assessments with homeowners and business owners to recommend customized solar and energy-efficiency solutions. Product Expertise
- Educate customers on Bright Home Energy's offerings including solar panel systems, battery storage, system monitoring, and whole-home energy upgrades. Presentations & Proposals
- Deliver clear and engaging sales presentations and explain financial benefits such as utility savings, tax credits, and incentives. Close Sales
- Manage sales transactions from initial contact through contract signing while ensuring a smooth customer experience. Relationship Building
- Maintain positive relationships through follow-up, answering questions, and encouraging referrals. Qualifications Strong Communicator

- Comfortable working independently or on a team in both indoor and outdoor environments. Transportation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel. Sales Experience
