This role is built around skill development, leadership development, and long-term growth. We're hiring entry-level sales representatives to connect customers with auto glass and hail repair services in a face-to-face, field-based environment. Located on the Fort Riley Army base. We are looking for someone who can approach conversations, understand customer decision-making, and confidently guide people through the installement or chip repair process.

What the job looks like:

You'll be working directly with customers in the field, connecting with vehicle owners and helping them get the repair process started when damage is present.

Your job is to:
