Swyft Fiber provides fiber internet services in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas. We are committed to bringing affordable broadband to every underserved household, business and community anchor institution in our service areas. Sales Representative / Territory Sales Representative / Community Sales Representative Come Grow With US! New Opportunity Due to Expansion. This position is "Hybrid": Your office is your home but must live within or close to the Communities you will represent.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses, Total estimated 1st year $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 Training compensation on top of base salary. Auto allowance /reimbursement program. PTO (Paid Time Off) Health, Dental, Vision 401K with company match

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Engagement & Outreach:
Initiate and foster meaningful conversations with potential subscribers, highlighting the benefits of our broadband/fiberoptic service. Participate in community events, set up promotional stands, engage in networking activities, and conduct home visits to facilitate fiber transition or initiation.
Customer Needs Assessment:
Actively listen to customers, assess their requirements, and recommend tailored broadband solutions that best meet their needs.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by providing ongoing support, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Performance Tracking:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions, completed sales, and challenges faced, ensuring accurate documentation of achievements and areas for improvement.
Sales Planning & Forecasting:
Provide regular sales projections to contribute to strategic planning and ensure business growth.
Networking & Territory Expansion:
Develop relationships within the community, establish contacts, and generate leads to expand market reach and identify new business opportunities.

Strong communication and customer service abilities to foster positive client experiences.
Analytical & Negotiation Expertise:
Proficient in assessing customer needs and negotiating optimal solutions.
Self-Motivation & Goal Orientation:

Organizational Proficiency:
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to efficiently manage tasks and customer data.
Technical Aptitude:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software for tracking sales progress and maintaining reports.

$58,970.46 - $77,000.00 per year
