Sales Representative (Hourly + Commission!)

Job Overview

• We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our sales team at our newest location!

We are the largest trailer dealership network in the country! The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to engage with customers effectively. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, finance applications and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

• Duties
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effective upselling techniques.
• Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
• Maintain a clean and accurate business page with updates made daily.
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• A proactive attitude towards advertising and promoting products to enhance sales & customer experience.

Paid bi-weekly plus monthly bonuses based on performance.
