What You'll Be Doing Engage directly with homeowners to educate them on solar and energy options Set appointments and deliver tailored in-home presentations Build and manage a local territory using a proven door-to-door model Network through referrals, community events, and follow-ups Hit individual and team sales goals — and help others do the same Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and mindset training What We're Looking For No prior solar experience needed — we'll train you.
