Job Description
Join Riverfront Stamping where skilled professionals help power the industry forward. As a leader in precision metal stamping, machining, and laser fabrication, we rely on talented, service-oriented professionals to drive growth and strengthen long-term customer partnerships. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to lead our commercial strategy and expand our market presence. This role plays a key part in revenue growth, customer retention, and aligning sales initiatives with operational excellence across our facility. Supervisor of Sales and Business Development Riverfront Stamping LLC is seeking a driven and motivated Sales Supervisor to support business growth, customer development, and new sales opportunities within our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is confident reaching out to customers, building relationships, reopening past sales opportunities, and identifying new areas of business that align with Riverfront's capabilities. As Riverfront continues to grow, this position will play an important role in helping expand our customer base, strengthen existing partnerships, and support new lines of business that will create additional market opportunities. This position offers a strong incentive opportunity and yearly bonus potential based on individual performance, sales growth, and company results.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, First Shift (must be willing to work additional hours as needed) Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives Identify target markets, verticals, and high-value opportunities within metal stamping and fabricated components Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking, industry events, and strategic outreach Lead high-level negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract development Expand existing accounts through relationship development and cross-selling opportunities Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key customers Communicate customer requirements clearly to operations and production teams to ensure expectations are met Monitor industry trends, economic indicators, supply and demand shifts, and competitive activity Establish measurable revenue goals and performance metrics; track and report results Recruit, mentor, and develop sales team members to ensure accountability and performance Collaborate with finance and operations on forecasting, quoting strategy, and capacity planning Provide market feedback to leadership to support capital investments and continuous improvement initiatives Represent the company at customer visits, plant tours, trade shows, and industry events Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting to support business planning Contribute to overall company success by completing related duties as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred) 3-5 years of progressive sales leadership experience in metal stamping, precision manufacturing, or related metals industry (required) Proven track record of revenue growth and market expansion Strong understanding of metal stamping processes, tooling, machining, and fabrication (preferred) Experience negotiating contracts and managing high-value accounts High level of integrity, professionalism, and communication skills Strong leadership and team development abilities Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Capable of working under pressure and meeting revenue targets Commitment to supporting a collaborative, service-driven, and performance-focused culture Compensation This position includes a competitive base pay along with a large incentive opportunity and yearly bonus potential. Incentive and bonus eligibility are based on individual performance, sales growth, customer development, and company criteria. Placement within the range is based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
