Position Overview The Sales Support role is a key position working directly alongside our VP of Sales to serve our most valued "Diamond" clients. This individual will be a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces AI-driven tools and workflows, and is comfortable working across multiple software platforms. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring 4 days per week at our Morganville, NJ headquarters. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the VP of Sales in day-to-day customer-facing tasks and client communications
• Build accurate and detailed quotes for Diamond clients using multiple software systems
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of AI-driven sales workflows (currently in progress and expected to be live by the time this role is filled)
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and adaptability in adopting AI tools and technology to improve efficiency
• Serve as a dependable point of contact for clients, internal staff, subcontractors, and vendors
• Pick up the phone and proactively communicate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project and sales processes
• Support client retention by delivering an exceptional, friendly experience at every touchpoint
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, dispatch, and technical teams
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding items in a timely manner Requirements
• Quick learner with the ability to master new software systems and tools rapidly
• Strong enthusiasm for AI technology and a genuine interest in incorporating AI into daily work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Friendly, positive attitude with a true team-player mindset
• Comfortable and confident making phone calls to clients, vendors, and internal staff
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Must be able to report to our Morganville, NJ office 4 days per week What We Offer
