Sales Support Coordinator Location:
Daphne, Alabama (In Office) About Our Company ChemPro Services is a privately owned leader in vegetation management, providing specialized herbicide application services to municipalities, utilities, airports, industrial facilities, and infrastructure operators across more than 20 states. With six operational locations and a corporate office in Gulf Breeze, Florida, we support critical maintenance operations that help keep infrastructure safe, accessible, and compliant. About the Position We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our Daphne, Alabama office. This full-time, in-office position plays a key role in supporting ChemPro' s sales efforts across multiple states and service lines. This role helps drive the sales process from lead intake through proposal delivery by coordinating information, maintaining accurate records, supporting customer communication, and helping ensure opportunities move forward efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to stay organized under changing demands are essential. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow into a long-term role within a stable and expanding company. This position has growth potential for the right individual as the company continues to expand. Job Responsibilities Support the sales process from lead intake through proposal delivery and customer follow-up Prepare accurate, professional proposals and sales documents Maintain organized customer records, sales activity, and internal databases Track leads, proposals, and follow-up activities to help ensure timely response and accountability Coordinate communication between customers, sales staff, and operations teams Research and identify potential business opportunities and qualified prospects Verify and reconcile information from multiple sources with a high degree of accuracy Assist with marketing initiatives, customer outreach, and general office support functions Help improve administrative and sales support processes for efficiency and consistency Provide dependable administrative support to help daily office operations run smoothly Position Requirements Administrative, sales support, or office coordination experience strongly preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with solid general computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Self-starter mentality with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently Ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly Strong judgment, professionalism, and reliability Experience with CRM systems, proposal coordination, or customer tracking systems is a plus Compensation & Benefits We are committed to hiring someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity where they can grow with the company and become a trusted part of our team.
Compensation:
$42,000 - $56,000 annually, depending on experience, capability, and overall fit. Our compensation structure is designed to reward consistency, reliability, initiative, and continued contribution over time.
