Why Join Us | DuPont Careers About the Role DuPont is hiring a Sales Support / Inside Sales Representative to support the Healthcare & Water Technologies business. This role partners closely with Field Sales to manage transactional accounts, qualify leads, and drive profitable growth across North America.

4 days onsite What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of transactional ("tail") accounts to drive retention, expansion, and growth Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle : prospecting, quoting, negotiation support, order conversion, and follow‑up Qualify inbound and outbound leads and route sales‑ready opportunities to Field Sales Partner with Field Sales on lead follow‑up, demand generation, and early customer engagement Build account plans identifying cross‑sell, up‑sell, and whitespace opportunities Maintain strong customer relationships via phone, E-Mail, and virtual outreach Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Technical, Marketing, and R D Ensure accurate CRM (SFDC) data: leads, opportunities, activities, and next steps Use analytics (Power BI, CRM) to identify demand signals and pipeline opportunities Support forecasting, demand planning, and quarter‑end order management What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field 1-3 years of Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Account Management experience Experience qualifying leads and supporting pipeline development Strong collaboration and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) B2B experience preferred (healthcare, industrial, or materials a plus) Why DuPont Purpose‑driven work with global impact Collaborative, growth‑oriented culture Opportunity to build commercial and sales expertise #LI-TG1 Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
