Job Description 
ABOUT THE JOB
As the Sales Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to provide superior service to the wholesale distribution sales team by serving as a point of contact and acting as a liaison for the Outdoors - Fiberon wholesale business units. You will help execute sales by partnering with the sales team in regards to requests that will allow them the opportunity to gain additional selling time.

YOUR ROLE
Perform sales related duties for the sales team by responding to inquiries including, but not limited to: sales reporting, program support, product information.

Faciliate information for product and/or technical information requestsAssist in developing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Business Communication documentsAssist in updating CRM (Micorsoft Dynamics)Sell sheet generationEstablish and maintain relationships with the sales team as part of overall company strategy and objectivesAct as liaison with other departments within the organization to develop cohesive working relationships and facilitate information sharingMay assist Inside Sales during peak periodsOngoing in-depth training to understand Fiberon Value Proposition, Key Programs, and Sales ProcessQualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree in Sales or MarketingStrong desire and commitment to salesProficient Computer skills including Excel, Power Point, WordAttention to detailSense of urgency, ability to turnaround requests quickly for sales teamExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent planning and organizing skillsAbility to work in fast paced environmentAbility to travel (Estimated 5 to 10%)

 Bachelor's DegreeCustomer Service or Sales experienceDistribution sales channel experienceWillingness to relocate to fill outside sales position as need arisesAdditional InformationFortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is
Hiring Pay Range:
$40,000 USD - $53,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
