Job Description
In a city that moves fast, sales support must move faster. Coastline Consulting, a sales consulting firm, is hiring a Sales Team Member to manage the backbone of our residential wireless sales: flawless enrollment logistics for AT&T smartphones and 5G plans. The Sales Team Member cross-checks serviceability so no one's stuck with 3G in 2026. As a Sales Team Member, you'll engage in practical sales scenarios, assist with sales campaigns, and gain insights into sales management. Training covers smartphone tech, family plans, and service design so the Sales Team Member can build effortless customer paths, conduct professional outreach, and ace every onboarding. Role Requirements for an Sales Team Member Support new wireless enrollments by accurately setting up AT&T smartphone accounts and ensuring all customer information meets compliance and privacy standards. Assist senior wireless teams by coordinating device availability, tracking activation progress, and keeping internal schedules aligned with daily workflow needs. Contribute to sales execution by participating in team planning, reinforcing sales strategies, and helping drive goals for smartphone activations and wireless line growth. Guide customers through smartphone setup by explaining device features, security basics, and onboarding steps that build immediate confidence in their new AT&T service. Resolve account issues by identifying service concerns, correcting application errors, and escalating complex cases to leadership for timely resolution. Review performance data using AT&T sales tools to provide insights that support leadership decisions and strengthen customer engagement.
