Compensation:

$14 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities The position described below is with a spa that is independently owned and operated by a MassageLuXe franchisee. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer and will be solely responsible for all terms and conditions of employment. Position Responsibilities Welcome every guest with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality Recommend memberships and services tailored to each guest's needs Confidently and effectively convert guests into members through value-focused conversations Educate guests on spa services, wellness products, and current promotions Manage appointment scheduling and front desk operations Maintain a clean, calm, and inviting spa environment Represent MassageLuXe at local community events such as 5Ks, health fairs, and pop-up events Qualifications Friendly, outgoing demeanor with strong communication skills Sales-minded and motivated to achieve individual and team goals Reliable, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred, but not required Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays Compensation and Benefits $14 per hour base pay Uncapped commission on membership and retail sales Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off Complimentary employee use of the HydroLuXe water massage table Discounts on services and retail products Free telehealth access for you and your family Supplemental insurance options Monthly team contests and recognition programs Why MassageLuXe Ocoee?
