Full-Time Territory = Ashland, Iron, Vilas, Florence, Forest, Oneida, Price, Taylor, Lincoln, and Langlade counties in Wisconsin. Our product lineup includes wheel loaders, excavators, compactors, pavers, skid steers, and a wide range of aggregate equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and wash plants. As an authorized dealer for Volvo Construction Equipment and other leading brands like PowerScreen, we are known for delivering reliable machinery backed by exceptional customer support. Position Summary The Sales Territory Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within a designated geographic area. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical knowledge and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering tailored solutions that meet their operational needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement territory sales plans aligned with company objectives Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular site visits and consultations Conduct product presentations and equipment demonstrations Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and proposals Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in accordance with company policies Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and forecasts Representing the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment or industrial machinery Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Strong technical aptitude and understanding of equipment applications Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory Preferred Qualifications Experience with Caterpillar or similar OEM products Multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, French) Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and training opportunities Supportive and dynamic team environmentJob Type:
