Special Ed Teacher | Oneida, Wisconsin ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Oneida, WI Job Details Contract 1 day ago Qualifications Working with students Special Education Certification Teaching Full Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. You'll make a meaningful impact by providing tailored support, emphasizing strong experience working with students on the autism spectrum.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active Wisconsin Cross-Categorical Special Education Teacher certification (License #2801) required Proven background in special education, particularly with students on the autism spectrum Experience with K-3 grade levels is preferred Ability to adapt curriculum and teaching strategies for students with diverse educational needs Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Knowledge of current best practices in individualized education program (IEP) development and implementationKey Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized instruction to K-3 students in a cross-categorical classroom Develop and implement effective lesson plans addressing multiple disability types Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment Communicate regularly with families and participate in IEP meetings Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory guidelinesBenefits and Perks:
