Com prised of our three Gray-owned stations - KTVF (NBC-affiliate), KXDF (CBS-affiliate), and KFXF (MeTV-affiliate) - our stations have expanded our local news presence in partnership with Alaska's News Source to deliver the m ost-watched newscasts across the Interior. Together with our audiences across television, stream ing, web, apps, m obile, and social m edia, our stations dom inate the Interior with the largest m edia audience of any com pany in the m arket. It is our goal to help businesses grow and succeed using our custom ized m arketing solutions across both broadcast and digital m edia platform s. Job Su m m a ry/ De script ion : Media Executives are responsible for consulting with local business owners to create m ultim edia advertising cam paigns that achieve results. Ideal candidates need to have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and closing deals. Duties/ Responsibilities include, but are not lim ited to:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, understanding their unique advertising needs, and tailoring m ultim edia solutions to m eet their objectives.
  • Develop and present m ultim edia solutions and advertising proposals to clients in a professional m anner, addressing their concerns and objections effectively.
  • Build and m aintain strong relationships with clients, becom ing a trusted advisor on m ultim edia advertising strategies and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative team to conceptualize and develop com pelling m ultim edia ad cam paigns that resonate with clients' target audiences.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and m arket developm ents to identify new opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track and report on sales perform ance, pipeline, and forecasts accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal Departm ents, including m arketing, production, news, and sales support, to ensure seam less execution and delivery of m ultim edia cam paigns.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate new business leads.

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver' s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle for transportation .
  • Highly m otivated, self-driven, with the ability to work independently and m anage tim e effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective verbal and written com m unication .
  • Basic organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and m ultitask.
  • Com petitive drive and m otivation to achieve or exceed goals.
  • Desire for continued growth and education in m arketing .
  • Creative m indset with the ability to adapt and rem ain persistent when faced with challenges.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience in m arketing and sales is preferred, but opportunities for sales training and professional developm ent are available to the right candidate .
