We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, partner closely with Producers, and lead account service teams in delivering strategic employee benefits solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership teams, manage complex benefit programs, and help organizations navigate today's evolving benefits landscape. Then continue with the remainder of the posting: What You'll Do Serve as the primary day-to-day advisor for a portfolio of employee benefits clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendor partners Lead benefit plan renewals, marketing efforts, requests for proposals (RFPs), and strategic planning initiatives Present renewal strategies, plan recommendations, and compliance updates to client leadership teams Coordinate benefit implementations, enrollment projects, plan changes, and vendor integrations Assist clients with claims, billing, administrative, and compliance-related questions Facilitate stewardship meetings and ongoing service reviews Partner with Producers to identify growth and cross-selling opportunities Mentor and support Account Management team members while helping drive service excellence Maintain accurate client records and activities within the agency management system What We're Looking For Strong knowledge of employee benefits products, plan design, underwriting concepts, claims, billing, and administration Experience managing complex client relationships and consulting with executive-level decision-makers Understanding of employee benefits regulations, including ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and related compliance requirements Exceptional communication, presentation, project management, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding client service Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Applied EPIC, Employee Navigator, and related technology platforms Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred High School Diploma/GED with substantial related experience considered 6+ years of employee benefits insurance experience Active HealthLife Insurance License required Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed Why Crest?
