Account Executive RLH Fire Protection, Inc. - 3.5 Bakersfield, CA Job Details Full-time $33.50 - $48.00 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Construction sales Construction industry experience Full Job Description Job Summary Responsible for expanding our business into new markets, while building and nurturing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring the successful communication between RLH and its clients. You will be a key driver of our business development efforts. Essential Duties Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Identify new clients and establish valuable connections. Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion. Collaborate with the estimating team to convert prospects into clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific fire protection needs. Provide expert advice on fire sprinkler system design, codes, and safety compliance. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring win-win agreements. Liaise with project managers and clients to ensure projects run smoothly and meet or exceed client expectations. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, inspection and service processes, and relevant regulations are advantageous. Valid Driver's License Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the construction industry. Proficiency in relevant software applications (CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.). Ability to manage multiple accounts and clients at one time. Related Experience Sales experience required. Safety/Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods without sitting Ability to walk for extended periods without seating Ability to lift up to 25lb Education Highschool diploma or equivalent A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirements
