POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth for a specific market segment across a cluster of select service and extended stay hotels. This role focuses on strategic sales planning, prospecting, and account management to secure new business, grow existing accounts, and maximize revenue across all properties in the cluster.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Develops and maintain quarterly action plans Analyzes Revenue Management strategy using such tools as Star Reports, demand analysis, and applicable front office systems Schedule and conduct sales appointments, including cold calls and outside sales visits. Organizes, maintains, and tracks sales data in CRM System Stay current on segment trends, market developments, and competitor activity Review and respond to all incoming leads and RFPs in a timely manner Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and local business gatherings to develop leads and enhance the cluster's visibility. Achieve weekly sales call goals Work closely with General Managers, Revenue Managers and Regional Directors Identify opportunities where business can be redirected to underperforming properties to optimize revenue across the cluster.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Preferably 2+ year of similar experience in Hotel Sales Brand Experience preferred (Hilton, Marriott, IHG) but not required. Knowledgeable in Brand Specific Sales Tools and Systems (Delphi). Valid Driver's License. Strong Prospecting and Networking Skills Education Preferred of Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college, or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
