BTnT is responsible for Indeed's enterprise and product foundations, safeguarding our platforms and data, and accelerating AI, automation, and analytics. As Executive Content Strategist, you will partner directly with Indeed's CIO | CSO and Business Technology & Trust (BTnT) leadership team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and design. You will partner with senior partners to translate leadership strategy and approved narratives into executive-ready visual stories and presentation experiences, in close partnership with Employee Communications, Public Relations, and Investor Relations. You will design presentation experiences and visual storytelling assets that bring approved narratives to life and help leaders move audiences from insight to action. This role focuses on executive presentation strategy and visual storytelling execution, partnering with Employee Communications on narrative direction and messaging.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Partner directly with the CIO | CSO and BTnT senior leaders to operationalize executive narratives and positioning through high-impact decks and visual storytelling, in alignment with Employee Communications, Public Relations, and Investor Relations, and leaders across R D.
+ Work across teams to gain deep subject matter expertise for highly complicated/interconnected concepts + Translate strategy, roadmaps, initiatives, and priorities into visual storylines informed by data and insights. + Design end-to-end presentation design and visual storytelling execution across internal town halls, leadership meetings, board updates, partner/investor events, vendor/partner/industry presentations, partners, and client events. + Build scalable storytelling frameworks and standards while delivering polished work on tight timelines
  • Skills/Competencies
  • + Requires a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 12 years of related experience; or a Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience; or a PhD with 5 years experience + Experience in content strategy, product marketing, client-facing design, or related fields, with familiarity in technology, platforms, and product strategy + Experience partnering with C-level and VP leadership, with the ability to influence across senior and cross-functional business partners + Exceptional presentation design and visual storytelling craft tailored to audience, setting, and executive forums + Excellent narrative instincts with the ability to translate complex technical content into executive-ready materials, using metrics and insights to shape narratives and support decision-making + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, curious mindset, high ownership, and composure under pressure + Ability to manage variable work speeds, from rapid-turnaround requests to polished long-lead projects, while advocating for quality and respectfully challenging ideas when needed •Salary Range Transparency•Tier 3 - United States of America 172,000 - 258,000 USD per year •Salary Range Disclaimer•The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role.
Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
