Job Description
Key Responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of Broad Market customers across the Americas West, with clear account coverage, prioritization, and resource alignment. Define and execute regional account and territory strategies aligned to growth objectives and segmented customer priorities. Lead account planning, regional strategy, and opportunity pipeline reviews with BU and executive leadership. Drive solution-based selling to expand multi-product, application-driven growth across strategic accounts. Build and strengthen senior customer relationships, serving as a trusted partner and escalation point for critical issues. Drive deep, multi-threaded engagement across customer engineering, procurement, and business leadership stakeholders. Own regional revenue performance, including forecast accuracy, pipeline health, design-win conversion, and share gain. Represent the voice of the customer to Business Units, influencing product strategy, roadmap priorities, and portfolio investments. Lead high-value negotiations and identify emerging opportunities through market, customer, and competitive insight. Serve as the primary interface between Sales and Business Units, aligning priorities, resources, and execution across key opportunities. Influence go-to-market strategies and coordinate cross-functional support from FAEs, marketing, and BU teams to accelerate growth. Establish a disciplined regional operating cadence with strong CRM rigor, KPI tracking, scalable processes, and compliance with corporate standards Required Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field and 15+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor sales, account management, technical business development, and leadership responsibilities — or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Proven track record of owning and delivering regional revenue targets and managing complex, multi-account portfolios Strong expertise in solution selling, design-win strategies, and long-cycle opportunity management Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills Willingness to travel as required Preferred Experience managing or leading regional or multi-state sales teams Deep exposure to Broad Market applications (Industrial Automation, Energy Infrastructure, Robotics & Drones) Advanced strategic account planning and execution capabilities Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales methodologies Recognized for executive presence and customer-first leadership approach Our commitment to you: As part of the onsemi team, you will have an opportunity to transform your tomorrow and operate in a diverse, inclusive, and socially responsible environment.
