PFS engineers and manufactures industrial spray booths, finishing systems, controlled environments, filtration solutions, and related equipment for customers in the automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, government, and specialty industrial markets. This is an opportunity to sell high-value, custom-engineered solutions—not commodity products. Our ideal candidate knows how to build relationships, understand a customer's operation, confidently manage a longer sales cycle, and turn qualified opportunities into profitable projects. We are looking for someone who is competitive, organized, technically curious, and motivated by both income potential and long-term career growth. What You'll Do Develop new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry relationships Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads Consult with customers to understand their operational, technical, and facility requirements Work closely with engineering, estimating, production, and leadership to develop accurate proposals Present equipment solutions, proposals, and pricing to decision-makers Manage opportunities from initial contact through contract execution Maintain consistent follow-up throughout longer sales cycles Build relationships with manufacturers, contractors, engineers, government buyers, and facility managers Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and follow-up information in the company CRM Attend trade shows, customer meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed Meet or exceed individual revenue and profitability goals What Makes Someone Successful at PFS A strong record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Experience selling industrial equipment, manufacturing solutions, construction-related systems, capital equipment, or other high-value products Confidence communicating with business owners, engineers, contractors, purchasing departments, and executive decision-makers Ability to learn technical products and translate complex information into clear customer benefits Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills Excellent organization and consistent follow-through The ability to manage multiple active opportunities with different timelines A self-directed, accountable approach to work A collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with internal departments Experience with government, aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, or industrial customers is a plus Why Join PFS?
