Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Employee discounts Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off 401(k) 401(k) matching We are a leading pet nutrition company looking for an animal loving, and eager to learn Junior Account Executive to join our team in Westlake Village. This is a full time, Monday-Friday in office position. As a Junior Account Executive, you would be supporting the Sales staff as well as being a liaison between the company and our distributors. The Junior Account Executive will be working with pet professionals throughout North America. You will support our Distributors through education, providing them with marketing tools and practices, and overall ongoing support, all while focusing on the health of animals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate as support for the Sales staff and provide extra customer service for accounts across the organization. Generate new sales leads for the Sales staff. Reactivate lapsed accounts and lapsed leads. Identify growth opportunities in contacts in the company CRM. Resolve account issues, ensure satisfaction, foster loyalty, and encourage long-term partnerships with distributors. Improve the sales skills of distributors to increase their sales success rates. Understand and demonstrate the benefits of our program and products to the distributors. Manage the needs and expectations of distributors, handle questions, issues, and/or objections given, resolve conflicts and ensure satisfaction. Use skills in communication and sales to highlight the advantages of our program. Follow the provided sales process. Meet sales goals and KPIs set by leadership. Update Distributor Accounts in Company Databases.
Requirements:
Must be an active listener. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented. Maintain a tactful, and professional demeanor. Customer Service focused. Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office. Love of animals. Preferred, but not required: Bilingual. Previous use of HubSpot.
Compensation:
Base + Bonus. Make no less than $45,000/year.
