Jewel Distro is a fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of e-liquids, nicotine pouches, disposable vapes, and smoking accessories. We operate in a high-volume B2B environment, supplying licensed retailers and distributors across multiple markets. We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment and is motivated by performance and commission-based earnings.Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume outbound calls to generate new business and grow existing accounts Actively prospect, qualify, and close new B2B customers Build and maintain strong relationships with licensed retailers and distributors Promote new products, pricing, and promotions across multiple brands Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, and product inquiries Maintain accurate records in CRM and support ERP processes Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metricsWhat We're Looking For:
1+ year of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or high-volume sales environments Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Comfortable making high-volume calls daily Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven Ability to quickly learn product lines and industry regulations Experience with CRM systems preferred (Degree preferred but not required)Schedule, Benefits, & Compensation:
Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week) Monday- Thursday (8:00am
- 5:30pm) Friday (8:00am
