Job Title:
Sales Account Executive (Nail 360 POS System)
Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to grow adoption of the Nail 360 POS system within the nail salon industry. This role focuses on selling an all-in-one POS and payment processing solution, setting up merchant accounts, and helping salon owners streamline operations and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, generate, and close new business within the nail salon industry Conduct in-person visits, cold outreach, and networking to build a strong sales pipeline Present and demo the Nail 360 POS system, including booking, reporting, and payment features Set up merchant accounts and clearly explain processing fees and pricing structures Analyze client processing statements and offer competitive rate solutions Customize POS and payment solutions based on each client's business needs Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and managers Manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity through CRM Support client onboarding, installation, and training for new accounts Provide ongoing account management and identify upsell opportunities Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with support teams as needed Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies Attend trade shows, local events, and networking opportunities to generate leads Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management Ensure compliance with payment processing policies and regulations
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience (POS or merchant services preferred) Strong understanding of payment processing and pricing models Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a field-based sales environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the nail, beauty, or salon industry Existing network of salon owners or industry contacts Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Pay and Benefits:
Base pay starting at $18 an hour + Commission + Performance-based bonuses (high earning potential) 401(k) Health insurance Dental and vision insurance Holiday pay Paid time off Sick leave
