Job Description
Climate Engineering Companies is a
HEAVY-DUTY
truck, trailer and Transport Refrigeration Unit (TRU) repair company with multiple locations. We are looking for a HIGHLY motivated Service Sales - Account Executive, that will be responsible for growing and maintaining our service business. This individual will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and increasing service revenue through proactive sales efforts. This is a full-time position with immediate openings. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working both in the field and in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Promote and sell service programs, preventative maintenance agreements, repairs, and our other related services Identify customer needs and provide tailored service solutions Prepare and present service proposals and quotes Follow up on leads, estimates, and open opportunities Work closely with service managers and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activity Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience (service industry experience preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Self-starter with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Highly motivated and goal-oriented Professional and customer-focused Strong follow-up skills Ability to build long-term partnerships Driven to grow service revenue and expand market share Benefits •New hires are eligible for benefits after 90 days of service: 401(k) plus Company Match Competitive Medical and Vision Insurance Company paid Dental insurance Employee Assistance Program Company paid Life insurance and Disability Additional Benefits Paid Time Off Employee Referral Program Savings Plan Experience and License Requirements SalesSimilar remote jobs
