Job Description

Account Executive - Facility ServicesPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, results-driven Account Executive to grow and manage facility services accounts across an assigned territory. The Account Executive will develop new business, retain and expand relationships with existing clients, and drive revenue for janitorial and facility maintenance services. This role requires deep knowledge of facility services, territory sales experience, and the ability to craft service solutions that meet client needs while achieving financial targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for janitorial and facility services within an assigned territoryManage and grow a portfolio of accounts through regular client visits, needs assessments, and service reviewsDevelop customized proposals and service plans, preparing accurate estimates and competitive pricingNegotiate contracts, renewals, and service-level agreements to maximize retention and profitabilityCollaborate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and consistent service qualityMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts in the CRMTrack market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand awareness and generate leadsQualifications5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facility services, janitorial sales, or related categoriesProven track record of territory sales success, new business development, and account growthStrong knowledge of facility services operations, scope of work development, and performance-based contractsExcellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with C-level and facilities management stakeholdersExperience preparing proposals, pricing models, and service-level agreementsProficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecastsValid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territoryBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Facility Management, or related field preferredSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams
