Join an Established and Growing Title Agency We are an established, full-service title agency serving Central Florida and are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Account Executive to expand our presence in Eastern Polk and Western Osceola Counties. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys networking, developing new business, and building lasting client relationships within the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an exclusive sales territory with well-established book of business while identifying new business opportunities. Develop and grow relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, and other referral partners to increase market share. Plan and sponsor educational classes, networking events, and other programs for the real estate community. Create and implement innovative marketing strategies using both traditional and digital platforms. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with branch management and escrow officers to strengthen the company's presence within the local real estate community. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community organizations. Qualifications Prior outside sales experience with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to prospect, cold call, and consistently follow up with prospective clients. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to attend networking events, educational seminars, and occasional evening or weekend functions. Experience using social media and digital marketing to support business development efforts. Experience in the title, mortgage, or real estate industry is preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits This position offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission program providing excellent earning potential for motivated sales professionals.
