About Paradox Brands Paradox Brands is a growing brand group focused on high-performance wellness, fitness, and health-focused products. Our portfolio includes brands in red light therapy, body technology, and premium consumer wellness. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Account Executive who knows how to drive revenue, follow up aggressively, manage leads in a CRM, attend events, and close premium sales with confidence. This is not a passive sales role. This person will be responsible for actively selling, following up with prospects, attending events, traveling when needed, and pushing opportunities forward until they close. Role Overview The Commercial Account Executive will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities across the brands under Paradox Brands. This person should have experience in high-ticket medical, wellness, fitness, or health-related sales and should be comfortable speaking with both consumers and business buyers. The ideal candidate is organized, competitive, persuasive, professional, and highly motivated by performance-based compensation. Responsibilities Follow up with new and existing leads through phone calls, email, and CRM activity Manage the sales pipeline and keep all lead activity updated in the CRM Make outbound calls to potential customers, partners, and business opportunities Close high-ticket sales across Paradox Brands products and services Attend events, trade shows, sales meetings, and partner opportunities to generate and close sales Travel when needed for sales opportunities, events, and relationship building Build strong relationships with prospects, customers, and business partners Identify new sales opportunities and help develop sales strategies Work closely with leadership to improve sales processes and increase revenue Track sales activity, conversion rates, and follow-up performance Represent Paradox Brands professionally across all customer and partner interactions Qualifications Experience in high-ticket sales is required Experience in medical sales, wellness sales, fitness technology, health products, or related industries is strongly preferred Strong phone sales and lead follow-up skills Comfortable working inside a CRM and keeping detailed records Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities at once Strong closing ability and confidence discussing premium-priced products Competitive, self-motivated, and revenue-driven Professional communication skills Comfortable working on-site Willingness to travel and attend events as needed Ability to work independently while staying aligned with company goals Compensation This role includes a $45,000 base salary plus commission . Typical annual earnings are expected to range from $80,000 to $110,000 , depending on performance. Schedule This is a full-time, on-site position. How do you usually follow up with leads who do not respond right away? Are you comfortable being measured by sales performance, follow-up activity, CRM activity, and closed revenue?
