An Account Executive manages communications with business clients that buy services from a company, such as advertising or banking services, or manages sales accounts. Works with a set of clients over time, and recruits new clients. Promotes products developed specifically for a client, such as an advertising campaign, or matches clients with available services or products.
We're looking for an Account Executive to drive adoption of BrightKaire™ across key U.S. territories. You'll be one of the first commercial hires on the ground — responsible for building relationships with providers, running the full sales cycle, and helping shape how we go to market. This is a foundational role in a company that's still building its commercial playbook, so you'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful in how you operate, and energized by the opportunity to define how things work rather than follow a set script.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development Own and develop assigned U.S. territories — prospecting, outreach, pipeline management, and closing. Educate providers on the clinical and scientific value of BrightKaire™ and how it fits into their treatment workflow. Develop territory business plans with clear targets, and manage your pipeline independently. Identify and manage pilot programs with providers and health systems; support onboarding and ensure ongoing engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and clinical operations to deliver a high-touch customer experience and feed back real-world insights. Track and report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and product development. Participate in conferences, webinars, and educational events to build brand visibility and relationships.
WHAT YOU BRING 3-6
years of B2B or B2C sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in consultative or solution selling — you know how to understand a customer's problem and position a product around it. Ability to communicate complex or technical concepts in a clear, compelling way to diverse audiences. Self-starter with a growth mindset — excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment where you're building things from scratch. Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule, travel, and priorities. Willingness to travel up to 50% to engage with customers, attend conferences, and support field initiatives. Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, precision medicine, biotech, or life sciences — an advantage. Existing relationships within the psychiatry, neurology, or behavioral health community — an advantage. Experience launching new products in early-market or startup conditions — an advantage.
