  • Sales Executive Overview Rafael Inc is a custom home builder and remodeling contractor based in Jacksonville, Florida, specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations.
As demand continues to grow across North Florida, we are expanding our sales team. This is an in-home, consultative sales position working with pre-qualified leads. There is no cold calling. The role is focused on guiding homeowners through the full pre-construction process—from initial consultation to signed agreement. What You'll Do
  • Consultation & Sales Process Meet with pre-qualified leads in-home to understand scope, goals, and budget. Run a structured consultation, build trust, and guide the client toward a decision.
  • Scope Development & Estimating Take field measurements, assess existing conditions, and develop accurate scopes of work and proposals. Ensure all details are documented clearly for construction execution.
  • Client Guidance & Selections Assist clients with layout discussions, finish selections, and showroom visits. Help simplify decisions while keeping projects aligned with budget and feasibility.
  • Closing & Follow-Up Close projects during initial or follow-up meetings. Maintain communication with clients and keep deals moving forward.
  • Internal Coordination Work with operations, design, and project management teams to ensure a clean and accurate handoff after contract execution.
Sales Process Overview 1. Lead is generated through company marketing 2. Initial consultation scheduled with homeowner 3. In-home meeting to review scope, take measurements, and discuss budget 4. Proposal and scope of work prepared 5. Follow-up meeting to review details and finalize selections 6. Contract signed and project handed off to production team The goal is to run an efficient process while building confidence and trust with the client. Who You Are
  • Relationship-Oriented You communicate well, listen effectively, and build trust quickly with homeowners.
  • Detail-Oriented You are organized and able to manage multiple opportunities, projects, proposals, and follow-ups without losing track of details.
  • Sales Driven You are comfortable asking for the sale and working toward targets and performance goals.
  • Willing to Learn Construction or remodeling experience is helpful but not required. You must be willing to learn quickly. Qualifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to manage flexible schedule (evenings/some weekends)
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Office)
  • High school diploma or equivalent Preferred (not required):
  • Experience in in-home sales, remodeling, or construction
  • Experience with estimating or scope development What We Offer
