Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, professional Sales Account Executive to drive new business and expand our customer base. This role requires a strong balance of relationship-building and results-driven sales execution. The ideal candidate is energetic, confident, and skilled in both prospecting and closing. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and quotas Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Generate new business through daily in-person prospecting and cold calling Minimum expectation: 20 in-person cold calls per day Set 8-10 qualified appointments per week Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking and outreach Deliver professional, compelling product presentations Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Address customer concerns promptly and professionally Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales records Qualifications & Skills Proven understanding of sales principles, prospecting, and negotiation Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Highly organized with strong time-management skills Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven Outgoing personality with a high level of energy Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided) High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Who Succeeds in This Role Individuals who are disciplined, persistent, and motivated by performance-based income.
