Sales Executive

E-Commerce / Sales Specialist Position Overview We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Sales Specialist with a strong background in dropship programs and online retail partnerships. This role will manage and grow key digital accounts, support omni-channel initiatives, and assist the Senior Sales Director in expanding both department store and e-commerce business. Experience with platforms such as DSCO/CommerceHub, Rue La La, or similar is preferred but not limited to these examples. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with online retail partners across multiple dropship platforms Oversee day-to-day dropship operations, including product setup, inventory feeds, order management, and fulfillment coordination Ensure accuracy of product data, pricing, and inventory across all partner platforms Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to drive growth Support the Senior Sales Director in managing department store accounts and executing sales strategies Assist in opening new accounts across both brick-and-mortar retailers and e-commerce platforms Coordinate onboarding for new partners, including system setup, product assortment, and compliance requirements Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to support launches, promotions, and replenishment Troubleshoot and resolve order, inventory, or integration issues Ensure compliance with retailer requirements, SLAs, and routing guidelines Qualifications 2-5+ years of experience in e-commerce sales, account management, or related field Proven experience working with dropship programs and online retail partners Familiarity with platforms such as DSCO/CommerceHub, Rue La La, or similar systems Experience supporting or working with department store accounts is a strong plus Strong understanding of EDI, inventory feeds, and order management processes Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) Familiarity with shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation) Knowledge of retailer compliance, vendor setup, and onboarding processes What We Offer Competitive salary Opportunity for growth across both e-commerce and traditional retail channels Collaborative and fast-paced team environment
