Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Private Duty Sales Representative to drive census growth and increase referrals throughout the Miami-Dade market. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare referral sources. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining referral relationships, and promoting private duty home care services within the community. Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout Miami-Dade County Generate new patient referrals and increase census growth Conduct regular visits with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, and senior service providers Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory Meet or exceed monthly referral and revenue goals Track sales activities and referral sources using CRM software Relationship Management Build strong relationships with referral partners and community organizations Educate referral sources on available home care services Attend networking events, healthcare meetings, and community outreach programs Maintain a high level of customer service with clients, families, and referral partners Serve as a liaison between referral sources and internal operations teams Market Development Develop and implement territory growth strategies Analyze market trends and competitor activity Identify opportunities to expand referral partnerships Represent the company professionally within the healthcare community Qualifications Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience in private duty home care, home health, hospice, healthcare sales, or senior services Established referral network within Miami-Dade County preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and discharge planners Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience Private Duty Home Care Sales Home Health Sales Hospice Sales Healthcare Business Development Senior Living Sales Community Outreach and Physician Relations Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary Uncapped Commission Structure Mileage Reimbursement Health Benefits Paid Time Off Career Growth Opportunities Ideal Candidate The successful candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional who understands the Miami healthcare market, has existing referral relationships, and can quickly generate new business opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service.
