Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our vibrant sales team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new prospects through outbound calling and outreach efforts Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs Manage client accounts by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction Utilize data entry skills to accurately record client information, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in our CRM system Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette during outbound calls, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times Collaborate with team members to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies for growth Assist with customer support tasks, including resolving issues promptly and maintaining high levels of client service Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer support roles, Digital Marketing experience preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional demeanor during all interactions Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and sales metrics for strategic decision-making Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals successfully Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
