HIRING IMMEDIATELY - START WORKING NEXT DAY!
Looking for Solid Sales Reps & Real Closers ONLY to help build out a new office and team. This is a ground-floor opportunity. Small team, direct access to ownership, and real room to grow into leadership as we scale. Massive opportunity to change your life, if you're highly skilled at selling over the phone. If you've done High-Ticket Sales, MCA, Business Funding, Merchant Services, Insurance, Solar, Real Estate, or any commission-based sales role, that's a major plus. If not, you need to be able to sell and/or close over the phone.
What matters:
You show up. You work. You close. Mon-Thurs, 10:00AM to 6:00PM. Fri 10-4PM. No weekends. Easy.
COMPENSATION
Sales Representatives (OTE): $60,000 to $150,000+ annually Closers (OTE): $120,000 to $250,000+ annually, uncapped Commission-heavy compensation structure with some of the highest payouts in the industry for proven performers.
CAREER PATH
Sales Representative > Senior Sales Representative > Closer > Sales Manager > Office Leadership We're building a team, not filling seats. Top performers will have the opportunity to move into management and leadership roles as the company expands. This is not for everyone.
