Account Executive, Ticket Sales About the Club Port St. Lucie Soccer Club is part of the continued expansion of the USL League One- one of the fastest-growing professional soccer leagues in the United States. As the league gains national momentum, Port St. Lucie is emerging as a key market, fueled by rapid population growth, economic development, and increasing demand for high-quality sports and entertainment. Position Summary Port St. Lucie Soccer Club is seeking driven, high-energy sales professionals to help establish the club's presence in the Treasure Coast community. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and want hands-on experience in both ticket sales and partnership development. You will play a direct role in generating revenue, building relationships, and shaping the fan experience ahead of our inaugural season. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Outreach Identify, research, and prospect local and regional businesses and community groups Execute consistent outbound efforts including calls, emails, in-person visits, and networking Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of qualified leads Ticket Sales & Revenue Generation Sell season tickets, group outings, and premium experiences Develop customized ticket packages for businesses, schools, and organizations Meet and exceed individual and team revenue goals Partnership Sales Support Assist in identifying sponsorship opportunities tied to ticketing and fan engagement Support partnership conversations and activation ideas Help align ticketing efforts with broader corporate partnership strategies Game Day & Event Execution Represent the club at community events, networking functions, and game days Assist with in-game sales, client engagement, and fan experience initiatives Ensure a high-touch, relationship-driven experience for all clients CRM & Pipeline Management Track all sales activity, touchpoints, and pipeline progress in CRM systems Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales cycle Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sports preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What Sets This Role Apart Ground-floor opportunity with a new professional soccer club Direct exposure to both ticket sales and partnership development Ability to grow into senior sales or partnership roles as the club expands Hands-on experience building a market from day one Compensation Base salary + commission structure Performance-based incentives tied to revenue goals Opportunity for advancement as the organization grows
