What You'll Do Meet with qualified homeowners Conduct consultations in-home and via Zoom Present remodeling solutions and concepts Guide clients through budgeting and project planning Follow up and close opportunities Manage your sales pipeline Collaborate with designers and project managers What We're Looking For 5+ years of sales experience Strong closing skills Experience in high-ticket sales preferred Construction, remodeling, real estate, luxury services, or home improvement experience is a plus Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented English required Spanish is a plus Compensation Typical earnings range from $120,000-$300,000+ annually , depending on project volume and sales performance.
