SALES EXECUTIVE

At Clarika, we are experts creating software solutions through a diverse set of technologies and frameworks delivering as expected using agile SCRUM methodologies. About the position We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a hunter profile to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust client portfolio and have a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional sales skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Responsibilities :
Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities in IT Staffing solutions Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company growth objectives Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through effective lead generation, research, networking and client meetings Develop a deep understanding of client needs, presenting Clarika's value proposition, and customizing solutions accordingly Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and Clarika Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and ongoing business opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Clarika and build brand awareness Continuously develop and enhance sales skills, industry knowledge, and expertise through ongoing learning and professional development Participate in client meetings Close sales with new clients Follow up with existing clients to grow their accounts Prospect new clients Log every client interaction in Clarika's CRM Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team in defining the prospecting, marketing, and sales strategy Attend a weekly follow-up meeting to present progress Present a commercial performance report to managementRequirements :
2 to 7 years of proven sales experience in the IT staffing industry, with a focus on new business development and revenue growth Ability to hit weekly and monthly KPI's and grow revenue and profit for the Company Demonstrated success in prospecting, hunting for new logos, and closing deals Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with decision-makers at all levels of an organization. A focus on mid-market clients with direct relationships is desired. Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, Hubspot), and other relevant sales tools A deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively A team player with a collaborative mindset, who can effectively work with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment Ability and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences A passion for delivering high-quality services and solutions that drive client success Clarika is officially certified as a Great Place to Work®.
