The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with direct experience in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, contract manufacturing, or private label industry. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands the supplement industry, knows how to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have experience selling manufacturing services, private label solutions, custom formulations, or finished supplement products. Responsibilities Generate and close new business opportunities across all product categories Develop relationships with supplement brands, retailers, distributors, and entrepreneurs Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Collaborate with formulation, production, and customer success teams Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events Consistently meet or exceed sales targets Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in nutraceutical, dietary supplement, contract manufacturing, private label, or related industries Proven track record of sales success and revenue generation Strong understanding of the supplement industry and manufacturing process Experience with gummies, capsules, powders, softgels, or functional nutrition products is highly preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Ability to work independently and drive results Compensation Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure Performance bonuses Significant career growth opportunities Realistic earning potential for top performers exceeds six figures annually.
