THE ROLEMultimedia Account Executive Full-Time | In-PersonAdams MultiMedia is on the hunt for a driven, digitally savvy sales professional to join our team as a Multimedia Account Executive. This isn't a desk job where you wait for leads to come to you this is a role for someone who builds their own book of business, earns trust with local and regional clients, and designs advertising strategies that genuinely move the needle.
WHAT YOU'LL
DOYou'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close helping local businesses leverage the full power of digital and multimedia advertising:

Prospect and close new business with a digital-first mindset (SEM/PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display, Video, OTT/CTV)Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover what clients really need then build campaigns that deliverAct as a trusted advisor: regularly share performance data, optimize campaigns, and deepen client relationshipsCollaborate with our internal team to craft compelling, data-backed proposalsHit (and exceed) revenue targets because that's what great salespeople doWHO YOU ARE3+ years of sales experience; digital advertising sales is a major plusYou can talk SEM, SEO, ROAS, CPC, and programmatic without breaking a sweatYou've worked in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and know how to manage a pipelineYou're a natural communicator confident in presentations, sharp in negotiationsSelf-starter who doesn't need hand-holding, but thrives in a team environmentGoogle Ads or Analytics certified? Even better.
