ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Support existing client accounts by coordinating high-level meetings and tracking facility needs. + Act as a

Strategic Liaison:

Bridge the gap between customer feedback and our internal leadership teams to ensure seamless service. +

Optimize Performance:

Use CRM tools and data to identify opportunities for service improvement and client satisfaction. + Presence in the

Field:

Spend time in the Wausau community, becoming a trusted resource for LTC and SNF administrators. What You Bring +

Experience:

Proven success in an Account Executive or Account Management role (Healthcare, LTC , or SNF experience is a major plus). +

Communication:

Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills; you are comfortable speaking with everyone from facility staff to C-suite executives. +

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Excel. +

Organization:

A self-starter who can manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously without losing the personal touch. +

Education:
