Your Mission:
Senior Solutions Specialist This isn't your average sales role. As a Senior Solutions Specialist, you'll be a strategic advisor and solution architect for your clients — guiding them from initial conversations to customized IT solutions that drive real business value. What You'll Do Own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — using creative, consultative selling. Partner with technical experts to assess client needs and deliver tailored proposals. Serve as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships with decision-makers. Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, client-first solutions. Consistently exceed sales targets while managing your pipeline precisely. What Makes You a Great Fit 1-3 years of successful solution/consultative sales experience (MSP industry is a plus). Confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders and managing complex, multi-account portfolios. Preferred experience selling a premium value-based service Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies. Thrives in complex sales environments with strong interpersonal skills. Familiar with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Gong (preferred).
