Job Description

The ideal candidate is experienced in selling technology solutions, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), and has a proven ability to drive full-cycle deals with both new and existing clients. This individual is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative team environment, with a passion for helping businesses achieve measurable results through innovative Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with both existing and new accounts, driving full-cycle Salesforce deals from prospecting to close. Research and identify potential customers, assessing their business needs and sales potential. Confidently demonstrate Salesforce solutions (SFMC and/or SFCC) to prospective clients. Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce solution sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Experience in digital agencies or Salesforce partner organizations, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions (B2C or B2B). Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions and integrations across CRM, Service Cloud, and third-party systems. Expertise in working with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and position solutions that align with ROI models. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong time management skills. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications. Americaneagle.com provides its employees with an energetic work environment and opportunities to further develop their skills. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
