Since 1984, VCI has built a strong reputation for responsive service, dependable products, and long-standing partnerships across the healthcare industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven healthcare commercial leader to expand our presence across Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), health systems, and GPO-affiliated facilities. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to executive leadership and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping commercial growth strategy within a growing entrepreneurial organization. What You'll Do Strategic Health System Growth Develop and expand relationships across IDNs, health systems, hospitals, and distributor partners Drive utilization and pull-through of GPO-contracted products across assigned accounts Identify opportunities to increase product penetration and strengthen strategic partnerships Collaborate with distributors and healthcare stakeholders to support long-term account growth Healthcare Stakeholder Engagement Build relationships with supply chain leadership, value analysis committees (VACs), clinical stakeholders, and decision-makers Support product evaluations, presentations, in-services, and customer implementation activities Navigate complex healthcare procurement and contracting environments Commercial Strategy & Market Development Develop account strategies aligned with revenue growth objectives Analyze account trends, utilization patterns, and market opportunities Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to leadership Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and account planning documentation Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with leadership, operations, customer service, and distribution partners to support customer success Contribute ideas and insights that support VCI's continued commercial growth and market expansion What We're Looking For 7+ years of healthcare sales, strategic account management, or business development experience Experience working with IDNs, GPOs, distributors, health systems, or hospital supply chain organizations Strong understanding of healthcare purchasing processes and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments Proven ability to build strategic customer relationships and drive measurable growt Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently Experience within medical-surgical, healthcare manufacturing, medical device, or healthcare distribution environments strongly preferred CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) Why Join Vital Care Industries?
